I bought it recommended from a friend. I am highly satisfied. Delivery was on time. Products are amazing. Everything works. Simple, easy, works. Amazing. I already expended money in many essence systems, complicated, that supposedly would be great, but don’t. So I am surprised with this system. I can’t tell what essence I liked the most because I liked most of them. I bought the samples to try it. I really liked. Probably all those. My favorite is my way, But all are amazing. Bacarat is unbelievable good, Dubai, Paris, I really loved the brand. After years looking for an essence, maybe I found my favorite brand and a system that works.

I really do like this diffuser now but it was a bit confusing trying to find the diffusing speed & strength that I liked. Instructions could have been a bit clearer. Once I found the perfect setting for us it has worked great. The only other downside is the size and weight of the diffuser is not compatible with some of our outlets. Kept falling out of some outlets and on some others it had to be the only device plugged in. But once all this minor stuff was resolved, we are very happy with it.

Get this you will love it! I have a smaller apartment and with one I was able to fill the space with a stronger oil but I noticed in the winter with no air blowing to circulate it another may be helpful. My mom has 3 haha one on each level of her house. Works amazing! Comes with a bottle in it that you can fill with your fav oils. Holds 100mL. You can run it on 2 different cycles either 12 hours where it turns on every couple minutes for 12 hours straight or on smart where it runs when it’s daylight. Has 4 settings for strength of spray. Super easy to use. Just fill the bottle, plug it in, and it goes.
